Phil Moore 

Communicator, collaborator, connector Phil is passionate about media. A former staffer at the Ecologist Magazine, he occasionally writes Permaculture Magazine UK. A background in documentary filmmaking Phil has worked for a number of organisations including ActionAid, The Environmental Law Foundation, The Environmental Justice Foundation and the Sheffield Documentary Film Festival in a variety of roles. Phil has served on the board of Directors for the The London Bike Kitchen, an open DIY bike workshop in the pursuit of his passion for cycling. Phil doesn’t like wearing suits.

Reuben is founder and Managing Director of Locavore, a Glasgow based social enterprise dedicated to local food and creation of sustainable local food economies. It includes a shop in Pollokshields, a market garden site, cookery classes and a veg-bag subscription scheme. Reuben also founded and chaired South Seeds SCIO (2011 -2014), a community environment charity based in the southside of Glasgow and in 2010 served on Derby City council, leading the Council’s climate change adaptation project.

Daisy Williamson

Daisy is a Rhynie based artist and a core member of the Rhynie Woman artist collective. As an organization, the Rhynie Woman aims to enhance their local community by raising awareness of landscape, history, and people through food and celebration.

Jake Williams

Jake lives on the outskirts of Rhynie and is a passionate advocate of off-grid, ecological living. He has been a Green Party representative and runs his own ecological enterprise, the Hedge Doctor, offering eco-landscaping and wildlife habitat improvement.
