** Thanks for all the support and interest in our veg boxes. We have reached a point where we cannot take any more subscribers for this year. If we find we have surplus produce we will be sure to let you know if some more boxes can be filled! Please still sign up to our mailing list below so we can let you know all the news from the Tap.
For those living in the Rhynie, Huntly, AB54 area….
This year, Tap o’ Noth Permaculture will be stepping up its focus on food production, with the addition of a market garden to provide even more lovely fresh vegetables grown below the Tap.
We’re also looking into increasing egg production, ranging our hens on pasture and within our areas of woodland. And of course, we do have our amazing Shetland cows now, so who knows what they might bring to the table? Oh, and woodland reared pork anyone?
To start with, we intend to sell our produce direct from a farm shop on site, before setting up as a CSA Network UK (Community supported Agriculture) scheme for 2017, finding members to sign up to a regular box of veg and other farm produce. All our produce will be grown using ecologically sound methods and we hope to be able to bring them to you at a fair price.
If you can please put your details into the contact box below with your location (so we can gauge delivery needs) and your email so can let you know when we’re up and running! Watch this space!
